Frozen archiveAccessibility Statement
A practical accessibility target, third-party limitation, and direct feedback route.
1. Commitment
Nightvault is committed to providing OperalonOS as a usable and accessible digital experience for business users, including people who rely on assistive technology.
We aim to design and maintain public legal pages and core product workflows with reference to WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles, including:
- keyboard access and visible focus;
- semantic structure, meaningful labels, and alternative text;
- sufficient contrast, scalable text, and reduced-motion support;
- understandable validation and error messages; and
- accessible document structure.
2. Third-party content
Some connected-provider interfaces, hosted payment pages, third-party services, and documents are controlled by their providers. Nightvault seeks accessible alternatives where reasonably available but cannot control every third-party interface.
3. Feedback and assistance
If an individual encounters an accessibility barrier, contact contact@operalonos.com with the affected page or feature, the nature of the difficulty, assistive technology used if they choose to disclose it, and a preferred response format. Nightvault will review the report and seek a reasonable response or alternative access method.
