After two full, consecutive, successfully paid monthly billing periods, an authorized sponsor may submit a focused, sanitized request. The paid Base Plan must be active and in good standing.

Controlled Configuration is a separate, discretionary review path—not a Base Plan or Boost entitlement. After the affected Workspace completes two full, consecutive, successfully paid monthly billing periods verified in Nightvault's authenticated billing record, while its paid Base Plan is active and in good standing, an authorized Customer sponsor may submit a sanitized request for review of a tightly scoped need grounded in real product use. The Calibration Period cannot be waived. Eligibility permits a request only; it does not guarantee review, approval, a proposal, capacity, timing, or delivery. Any approved work is separately scoped, priced, contracted in a mutually accepted Configuration SOW, and released only after the applicable controls pass.
