Responsible use
Incorporated agreementAcceptable Use Policy
Rules protecting people, customer data, shared infrastructure, billing integrity, and responsible AI use.
1. Customer responsibility
The Customer is responsible for compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy by its Authorized Users and anyone using the Services through the Customer’s Accounts, automations, or integrations.
2. Illegal and rights-violating use
- Do not violate applicable law or facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or deceptive commercial practices.
- Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
- Do not deceptively impersonate a person or organization or generate forged credentials, evidence, government records, or financial documents.
- Do not stalk, threaten, harass, exploit, facilitate trafficking or child exploitation, or encourage imminent physical harm or serious unlawful conduct.
3. Security abuse
- Do not access Accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Do not distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or credential-stealing tools.
- Do not conduct denial-of-service attacks or unapproved vulnerability testing.
- Do not bypass authentication, access controls, usage restrictions, or safety systems.
- Do not interfere with service integrity, another customer, or billing and webhook records.
Security testing requires prior written authorization. Sending a report to security@operalonos.com does not itself authorize testing, access, disruption, or retention of data.
4. Messaging and customer-contact abuse
- Do not send unlawful unsolicited bulk messages, conceal sender identity, ignore required opt-outs or durable suppression instructions, or conduct phishing or social engineering.
- Do not obtain or use contact lists unlawfully, misrepresent AI as human where disclosure is required, or generate materially deceptive customer communications.
- Do not record or transcribe calls without any required notice or consent.
- Do not initiate telemarketing, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, or automated dialing in violation of applicable law.
5. Personal data and high-impact decisions
The Customer must not collect or process Personal Data without lawful authority, required notices, and appropriate safeguards. Restricted Data may not be submitted unless a signed Order expressly permits it and the Services are designed to process it.
Output must not be the sole basis for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects in employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare, legal services, law enforcement, immigration, or essential-services eligibility. Any permitted use requires qualified human review, required notices, an appeal mechanism, and independent validation.
6. Resource, extraction, and AI abuse
- Do not manipulate usage, generate artificial workloads for refunds, circumvent capacity limits, evade limits through multiple identities, resell capacity without permission, or intentionally exhaust infrastructure.
- Do not systematically scrape a material part of the Services, reproduce the product, or use the Services or Output at scale to train a competing general-purpose generative model.
- Do not instruct the Services to facilitate malware, credential theft, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, imminent serious injury, unlawful discrimination, fraudulent impersonation, unlawful weapons procurement, or unlawful content.
7. Enforcement and reporting
Nightvault may investigate suspected violations and apply proportionate warnings, content blocks, feature restrictions, rate limits, suspensions, or termination. Immediate action may be taken to prevent imminent harm, secure the Services, preserve evidence, or comply with law. Where safe and lawful, notice and an opportunity to explain or appeal will be provided.
Nightvault does not undertake a general duty to monitor all Customer Content. Suspected abuse may be reported to contact@operalonos.com; security vulnerabilities and security abuse must be reported to security@operalonos.com.
