1. Base Plans
This Schedule is the authoritative customer-facing description of standard monthly plan entitlements, metering, and recurring Boost pricing. Documentation may explain operation-specific mechanics but may not silently reduce the paid entitlement stated here or in an Order.

2. Capacity measurement
- An AI Credit is a customer-facing unit of eligible AI processing. A standard Customer action ordinarily uses 1 Credit, a configured automation 2 Credits, and an analysis or report workload 4 Credits. A reviewed operation-specific override from 1 to 100 Credits may apply for a materially different workload and must be exposed in production usage records or applicable Documentation. Raw provider token counts are cost telemetry and do not directly determine Customer Credits.
- A Ticket is one canonical Customer conversation or case. Technical retries, duplicate ingestion, and messages rejected before canonical creation do not create additional Ticket consumption.
- Failed, rejected, security-blocked, duplicated, replayed, or expressly non-billable onboarding operations do not finally consume capacity. An ambiguous provider or network outcome may create a temporary reservation while retry, reconciliation, or expiry determines the final result.
- The Billing Period and reset follow the applicable Order and authenticated Stripe subscription record. Unused capacity does not roll over or acquire cash value.
- A Workspace may have one active AI Boost tier and one active Ticket Boost tier. Replacement tiers supersede rather than stack.
- Reopened, merged, spam, duplicate, historical-import, replay, repair, demo, test, and internal-only records are excluded or counted only as stated in the canonical production ledger; one canonical live conversation or case counts as one Ticket.
