To the extent owned or validly licensed, Nightvault retains its rights in OperalonOS software, interfaces, designs, documentation, reports, templates, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and underlying technology. This notice does not claim ownership of Customer Data, Customer materials, third-party content or marks, or open-source components governed by their own licenses.
2. Permitted use
Content may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, sublicensed, reverse engineered, or used to create a competing product except:
- as expressly permitted in a signed agreement;
- through functionality intentionally made available by the Services; or
- to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Customer retains its rights in Customer Data and receives only the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the applicable subscription term, subject to the Agreement.
3. Third-party marks and contact
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or ownership. Questions concerning permitted use may be sent to contact@operalonos.com.
